What homeowners & agents ask us

Not at all. Expressing interest is completely non-binding. We review every submission and reach out to discuss fit — you approve or decline at every step, before anything is signed.

Payment is made directly to you at the agreed rate before the booking date. ELH handles all client invoicing — you receive your net amount without chasing anyone. Typical timelines range from 7 to 30 days before the shoot or event.

Productions and events run under a formal usage agreement. You set the rules — off-limit areas, headcount, handling requirements. ELH coordinates all logistics and a dedicated site rep is on-location throughout.

Until a usage agreement is signed, you can walk away at any time. Once a contract is in place, standard cancellation terms apply — we'll walk you through those before you sign anything. We only move forward when you're fully comfortable.

Most homeowners prefer to be away — that's completely fine. A dedicated ELH site rep is on-location for the full duration to ensure your property is treated with care.
